Welcome to Barnet Allotment Federation. Our 34 member allotment societies manage 41 allotment sites comprising 4,000 allotment plots across the London Borough of Barnet.
Today there is great demand for allotment plots as people strive to achieve the immense and personal satisfaction of growing and eating their own produce. Plotholders are enthusiastic about growing fruit and vegetables for sensational freshness and flavour and enjoying all the benefits that seasonality has to offer.

Once you have selected your preferred allotment site, we recommend applying for an allotment plot using our online application form to contact your preferred allotment site. Complete the form which will then be submitted directly to the allotment site lettings officer. In due course you will receive a reply, and the lettings officer will be able to answer your questions as well as give advice on plot availability and costs. When possible, they will provide an opportunity for you to visit the site and discuss and match your requirements with availability.
