We are delighted to inform you that Richard Granby, the barrister who recently successfully presented Archfields case in the County Court, has accepted our invitation to speak at our upcoming virtual meeting. The meeting is open exclusively to all members of society committees.
Given how many reports we at BAF are now receiving with regard to plotholder issues of defiance of committee rulings, and multiple cases crawling through the locked down court systems, we recommend that as many of you as possible from each society attend our meeting.
