Allotments Regeneration Initiative Factsheets
The Allotments Regeneration Initiative (ARI) was a consortium led by the Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens and largely funded by the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation. During 2010-11 it produced perhaps the largest body of advice for allotment societies on a wide range of topics covering the running of an allotment society and site.
At the end of the initiative and the subsequent closure of its website, it was important to ensure that allotment societies might continue to have access to the ARI’s publications. To that end, the Barnet Allotment Federation offered to make them available from its website.
Please note that these factsheets will not be updated and some of the advice is already outdated and some links to websites are no longer available – but there is still a wealth of useful information.
